Tin Maung Maung Than

Tin Maung Maung Than was a research fellow at ISEAS. He obtained his master's degree in physics from Rangoon University and his Diploma in Economic Planning from the Institute of Economics, Rangoon. His colour slides, taken in 1985, documented the religious and cultural dimensions of social change in Burma. He has researched the religion, state and society of contemporary Burma.
