Calligraphic poems, written on long strip of paper (Tanzaku) by Chikayoshi Horikawa, a court noble from the late Edo period to the Meiji period. Tomomi IWAKURA was his younger brother. His younger sister Motoko became Komei Emperor's Naishi no suke (a court lady of the first rank) and gave birth to a princess.
