Both are separated by thin horizontal strips of red, yellow and white alternating with narrow bands of ikat motifs and a wide panel of short vertical designs. The man has a large piece of cloth with a black background and yellow motifs of birds and leaves draped over his left shoulder and reaching his ankles.
