The Tommy Koh Private Papers

Besides a SEALionPLUS account, permission is required to view all private papers. To request access:

1. 1. Consult the Finding Aid of the papers to select the items you wish to consult.
   2. Submit the Viewing Request form. (If you don't have a SEALionPLUS account, we'll create one for you.)

Additional permissions may be required for certain collections due to conditions stipulated by the depositors/donors.

Where remote viewing is available, you may request up to ten folios each time for a 7-day online consultation period.

• • Folio lists - an overview of the folios (folders) within the collection, which includes folio titles, coverage dates, and folder accession numbers.
  • Item lists (where available) - provide specific information about each document in the folio, such as the title or a brief description, date and document accession number.
