Calligraphic poems written on thick colored square sheets of paper by Kinkoto Yotsuji, a court noble in the late Edo period. He served as a councilor. The Yoysuji family changed the family name to Muromachi in the Meiji period. This waka is about "The Eight Views of Omi (近江八景)",a theme to describe Omi province (now Shiga Prefecture) in poetry in the 15-16th centuries.
